PFM has launched 40 Under 40, designed to highlight, celebrate and recognise the next generation of professionals in facilities management who are driving the industry forward.

Fill out the following form to be considered for PFM’s inaugural 40 Under 40 Class of 2026. Please be as detailed as possible as we will be judging entrants based solely on the information supplied.

Applicants must be under the age of 40 on 31 December 2026 to be eligible.

• Do you hold any professional qualifications, accreditations, memberships or certification that are relevant to your career in FM? (max 300 words)

• Provide a brief overview of your career journey to date, including previous roles, companies and key milestones is applicable. (max 300 words)

• What is your biggest achievement in your professional career so far? (max 300 words)

• What is the biggest challenge that you’ve overcome so far in your professional career?

• Have you made a contribution to improving standards, performance, innovation or best practice within facilities management? If so, please give details with examples. (max 300 words)

• What advice would you give individuals looking to enter or just starting out in the facilities management sector? (max 300 words)

• What do you believe is the biggest opportunity facing facilities management over the next decade, and what role do you hope to play in shaping its future? (max 300 words)

• Tell us about your passions and pursuits that drive you outside of work? For example, any hobbies, sports, volunteering, or creative projects. How do these shape who you are? (max 300 words)

• What personal milestone or achievement outside of work are you most proud of? (max 300 words)
